We would like to find someone who has flexible availability (obviously most weddings are on the weekends, and most of the production happens toward the end of the week); a car to schlep around town, or to get to/from events; a design background/interest; and, above all, a positive attitude, good energy, and knows how to be a team player. Someone who is not afraid to sweep the floor (and to see when those things need to be done). And every bit of crafting skills are welcomed, too!
