THE AMY OSABA MASTER CLASS OFFERS AN OPPORTUNITY TO DISCOVER OR REIGNITE YOUR PASSION AND FIND YOUR CREATIVE VOICE. OUR GOAL IS FOR YOU TO EXPERIENCE A CREATIVE LIBERATION – YOU WILL LEAVE THE MASTER CLASS FEELING CONFIDENT, ENCOURAGED, INSPIRED, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, CHANGED. WITH EACH WORKSHOP, WE SEEK TO INSTILL IN EACH ATTENDEE A SENSE OF COMMUNITY AND WORK TO ENSURE THAT EACH ATTENDEE LEAVES FEELING TRANSFORMED. PAST ATTENDEES HAVE DESCRIBED THE AMY OSABA FLOWER WORKSHOP AS, “A GAME CHANGER,” “…THE TURNING POINT FOR ME IN MY FLORAL CAREER,” AND DESCRIBE THE EXPERIENCE AS “PRICELESS.” PRIMARILY FOCUSING ON THE ARTISTRY OF FLORAL DESIGN (BUSINESS DISCUSSIONS WILL BE MINIMAL), WE WILL TAKE YOU THROUGH OUR CREATIVE PROCESS, INCLUDING DRAWING INSPIRATION FROM NATURE AND THE ARTISTIC REALM. WE’LL DISCUSS COLOR, composition, AND creating your style.
The Amy Osaba Flower workshop experience can be an emotional one. Every single workshop has its own mystery and energy that created through the chemistry of the attendees, instructors and location. We understand the struggle to keep your passion alive, or surviving the newness and the unknown of starting a new business. Our workshops are designed to make you fall in love with your craft, yourself, and your business all over again.
The Master Class is designed for floral designers of all levels: whether a previous workshop attendee, an established industry professional, or a designer seeking more. We will spend both days at Rose Story Farm, a rose farm rich in history, scenery, and soul. it will serve as inspiration for your floral creations. this unique opportunity will provide the starting point for a refreshed path in your artistic journey. the workshop will conclude with a beautiful candlelit dinner that celebrates your new floral friends and community where we hope to laugh, cry, and sip on some wine as we reflect on the past days.
a word from Amy Osaba
"We began buying from Dani at Rose Story Farm about 5 years ago - every time her roses arrived in the studio, there was such excitement! It was like finding little treasures! With each delivery, I began to imagine what the farm was like. I had grown up surrounded by flowers in my mother + grandmother's garden, but I could have never imagined the experience of actually seeing the roses, the farm, and the rich history that Dani has built in person.
The day we drove up the little drive to Rose Story Farm, I couldn't have guessed what beauty was waiting around the gate.... I say this very seriously, the hills were alive (insert me instead of Maria from the Sound of Music)! It was breathtaking, inspiring, and absolutely magical! The colors, the beauty... it was incredibly moving. I came to the farm during a hard time in my life, and it not only moved me to tears, but also spoke to my soul on so many levels. The roots on this farm run deep, and you can literally feel the love, heart, and strength that Dani + her family have put into this special place. If you are a floral designer, visiting the farm will change your work, your interactions with growers, and ground you - bringing you back to a place of knowing you are doing something you love."
